Chris Maingot

Chris has over 15 years of senior housing experience. Chris spent 10 years working in several leadership roles at Brookdale, the nation’s largest senior housing operator. In his latest role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives at Brookdale, Chris managed and oversaw transactions, partner relations, strategic planning and execution, and the Company’s private duty operations.

Prior to Brookdale, Chris was a partner and CFO for Horizon Bay Retirement Living, a national operator that owned, leased, and managed a portfolio of senior housing properties across the U.S. At Horizon Bay, Chris was responsible for a full range of corporate and support service functions and played a role in the Company’s expansion and strategic growth. Chris has served on the board of American Senior Housing association and was a founding member of NIC’s Future Leaders Council.

Jacob Houston

Jake has over 15 years of Private Equity investing experience with over 11 years focused specifically on real estate. Most recently, Jake served as Vice President of Investments for Blackstone’s self-storage company - Simply Self Storage. At Simply, Jake oversaw a team of individuals tasked with leading acquisition efforts across the US East Coast.

Prior to Simply, Jake spent eight years working for Bridge Investment Group’s senior housing fund in Orlando, FL. During his tenure at Bridge, Jake led the acquisition and asset management analyst teams and ultimately oversaw the execution of asset management strategies across a wide range of Bridge’s senior housing properties as Vice President of Asset Management.

Matthew Robinson

Matt has over 18 years of experience in Senior Housing. Matt spent nearly three years with Colony Capital, a publicly traded, diversified REIT. As Executive Vice President of Asset Management, Matt oversaw a portfolio of roughly 180 senior housing and skilled nursing properties with over a dozen operators, tenants, and joint venture partners.

Prior to Colony, Matt spent four years with Ventas, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare REIT. As a Director of Asset Management, Matt oversaw day to day asset management of the bulk of Ventas’ senior housing triple net leased portfolio, comprised over roughly 500 properties and 30+ tenant relationships. Matt began his career in the senior housing space at Sunrise Senior Living, where he maintained relationships with various capital partners.

Adam Rybka

Adam has over 10 years of experience in Senior Housing. Adam spent over two years with Care Capital Properties, Inc, a publicly traded healthcare REIT, where he managed a portfolio of almost 100 skilled nursing and senior housing properties. He was responsible for developing and implementing strategies which protected and expanded a $1B portfolio of net-leased assets, and included operator transitions and recapitalizations, capital investments, development, asset sales and acquisitions.

Prior to the Care Capital Properties spin-off, Adam spent three years with Ventas, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare REIT, in several roles within asset management and financial reporting. He is also a member of NIC's Future Leaders Council.

William Roosa

Bill has more than 18 years of experience in various aspects of both real estate investment and financial services supporting unique relationships and assets in both Healthcare & Lifestyle Real-Estate. Prior to Longview, Bill served as the Director of Asset Management for CNL Financial Group specializing in the senior housing and healthcare sector.

Before transitioning to the healthcare team in 2014, Bill served as Manager of Investments for CNL Lifestyle Properties where he focused on assets in the amusement park, theme park, waterpark and golf industries.

Tanner Ziebarth

Tanner has over 8 years of experience in various aspects of real estate investment and advisory services, including 6 years focused specifically on senior housing. Tanner started as an analyst at Longview and has worked in various departments of the company spanning FP&A, transactions, and asset management. He was also designated as an ASHA Rising Leader in 2022.

Prior to Longview, Tanner worked at PwC in their Financial Markets and Real Estate group. As an associate, he performed property/portfolio valuations for purchase accounting, advised corporations on real estate strategy, and supported PwC’s audit teams in testing fair value measurements as it relates to real estate equity and debt for corporate owners, developers, investors and REITs across multiple major product types.

Tanner graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Ed Reed

Ed spent over 13 years in various finance and reporting roles at CNL Financial Group. He served the last 7 years as Vice President, Corporate Finance. Prior to this, Ed managed the Portfolio Management team and was responsible for property financial reporting for the CNL Lifestyle Properties and CNL Healthcare Properties portfolios.

Lee Warrick

Lee has over 19 years of experience in Senior Housing. Lee spent over 5 years with Enlivant Senior Living, a large senior housing owner/operator, where he worked as a Divisional Director of Facilities Management. In this role, Lee focused on strategic development, implementation, and management of targeted ROI capital projects.

Prior to Enlivant, Lee spent 5 years with Brookdale Senior Living, one of the nation’s leading senior housing providers. As Regional Director of Facilities Asset Management, Lee worked closely with the Operations teams to provide facilities and capital project support.

Lee began his career in senior housing with Horizon Bay Retirement Living, a large progressive and innovative senior housing owner/operator, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing standardized capital budget and expense policies and procedures.

Lee holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering and maintains a variety of trade-specific HVAC and Construction certifications.
